Central College junior Jordan Overland (Madrid, Boone HS) is the recipient of the Elite 89 award for the 2012 NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

Overland, an exercise science-health major with a 3.967 grade point average (4.0 scale) was presented with the award during the championship banquet Thursday night on the campus of the University of Wis.-Eau Claire.
