The field for the 2013 Iowa high school girls state golf tournament is set after regionals across the state on Monday, May 20th. This is the first season for the five-class format in golf. Last season Waukee captured the 4A title and is back in the field in Class 5A this season. Clear Lake was the 3A champion and is part of the 4A field while Beckman (Dyersville) won in 2A and is now in 3A and Bishop Garrigan (Algona) is back to defend their Class 1A title. Read more »

Listed below are the 2013 State Golf Tournament Qualifiers in all three spring classes and posted by the Iowa High School Athletic Association (IHSAA). The State Championship will be contested on Friday, May 24th and Saturday, May 25th with the Class 3A site at Ames Golf and Country Club in Ames; the Class 2A site at Spring Valley Golf Course in Livermore and the Class 1A site at Lake Panorama National Resort in Panora. The field for the 2013 Iowa high school girls state tennis singles and doubles tournament has been filled. The state championship tournament will be contested on Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31st. The Class 2A tournament will be played at the Ankeny Tennis Complex at Prairie Ridge Sports Complex in Ankeny and the Class 1A tournament is set for Veteran’s Memorial Tennis Center in Cedar Rapids.
